Simon Law
CEO & FINANCE STRATEGIST
With 23 years’ experience as an accountant and 12 years as the owner of a successful firm, I’ve supported both SMEs and high-net-worth individuals with strategic financial advice and business insight. After relocating from Shepparton, Victoria to North Queensland, I now bring that expertise into the lending space as a fully accredited mortgage broker.
I’m passionate about helping clients reduce debt, eliminate financial stress, and use smart loan structuring to build long-term security. My focus is on turning mortgages into wealth-creation tools — not lifelong burdens — and helping clients take control of their financial future through clear, practical strategies.
Outside of work, I’m active in the local community through Calvary Christian Church, a reluctant gardener learning to live in the North Queensland heat, and a proud dad supporting my two sons in their sporting pursuits. My vision is to help Australians “unmortgage” themselves through education, planning, and sound advice — and to equip the next generation with the financial literacy we all should’ve learned earlier.

With over 25 years’ experience in accounting, I’ve proudly supported generational family businesses, SMEs, and mum-and-dad enterprises across regional Australia. In 2012, I co-founded blueprint4 and led it for 12 years before selling my stake to pursue a new path in finance.
Now a fully accredited mortgage broker, I help individuals, families, and business owners turn their property and business ownership dreams into reality. Based in the heart of Gippsland, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by regional communities.
Outside of broking, I serve as an elected councillor for Baw Baw Shire, where I’m committed to representing and strengthening our local area. I’m a proud husband, passionate dad, and strong advocate for youth sport — and when I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me out on the trails as a dedicated ultra runner or travelling and exploring new places with my beautiful family.
I believe strong communities start with financially confident families. My mission is to empower people — especially the next generation — with the financial knowledge and tools we were never taught at school.

With over 20 years in business coaching and leadership, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals — particularly in the accounting sector — build stronger, more sustainable businesses. In 2012, I embraced a simpler life with my family, travelling Australia in a caravan, which reinforced my belief in aligning business success with personal wellbeing. That journey also led me to life on the land — I’m now a part-time farmer, passionate about growing my farming skills and improving our property.
In 2023, I acquired Skilled Conveyancing and since then have tripled the team size while embedding a culture focused on leadership, systems, and continuous improvement. I continue to lead the business with a deep respect for our people, our clients, and our commitment to serving regional communities.
Now as Chairperson of Everyday Broking Pty Ltd, I focus on guiding vision, structure, and growth across the business. I believe in building lasting value — for our clients, our team, and the broader community — and in educating the next generation to approach money with clarity and confidence.
